  The face of Mark Pardo SalonSpa, our advisors are the ones our guests see first as they come in the door. Their enthusiasm and hospitality help make our guests feel welcome. From handling booking, educating on product, and overall engaging with our guests, our advisors are an essential part of the Mark Pardo experience.

• Protégés Hair Stylist

  Our Protégés training program develops the newest and brightest talent for our salons. At Mark Pardo SalonSpa, education is the foundation of our success and we place a high value on the ability of our Protégés to learn and grow.

  The Protégés program helps a stylist get behind the chair faster—but with support. Training hands-on with guests while being able to ask questions and learn new techniques from a trainer, our Protégés build their skills, confidence and books, in a real-world salon situation, all while learning the Mark Pardo culture and mastering the way we do things.

• Hair Stylist

  Coloring, styling, and cutting—our Hair Stylists work magic with our guests. Each brings a unique experience and focus to Mark Pardo SalonSpa. An intrinsic part of our salon, our Stylists’ energetic enthusiasm, their love of people, and their creative capabilities not only nurtures the outer beauty of the guest but the inner as well.

• Esthetician

  Touch, sense, and aroma—the three aspects of the Aveda Experience. Our Estheticians embody this with every guest. From facials, to waxing, to body and skin treatments, the Estheticians of Mark Pardo SalonSpa make every guest feel special. Their unique methods help destress guests, making them feel relaxed and beautiful. Trained to be the best, our Estheticians are an essential aspect of our team.

• Nail Technician

  Either doing manicures or pedicures, our Nail Technicians use their creativity and experience to pamper and delight our guests. From simply helping a guest’s nails look pristine to elaborate nail art, our technicians embody the Mark Pardo SalonSpa mission of nurturing inner and outer beauty. Engaging and interactive, they make each visit memorable for the guest.

• Assistant Team Leader

  Our Assistant Team Leads assist our Team Leaders in their respective salons. They help on day-to-day managing as well as lead by example with our team members. They are crucial in providing support, maintaining information, and assisting as needed.

• Team Leader

  Our Team Leaders inspire, motivate, and lead our salon teams. Responsible for the overall operation of a salon, they work closely with team members and the Admin staff to ensure their location embodies the mission and vision of Mark Pardo. They are visionary and see both the day-to-day operations as well as the big picture.
