CANCELLATION POLICY:
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH MARK PARDO SALON•SKIN, WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE AND THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES:
WE KINDLY ASK THAT IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE, CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION THAT YOU NOTIFY US WITH 48 HOURS’ NOTICE. TEXT REMINDERS WILL BE SENT TO YOU 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A FEE PRICED AT 50% OF TIME BOOKED OR 2 HOURS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
NO SHOW POLICY:
APPOINTMENTS MISSED WITHOUT NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE PRICED AT THE FULL COST OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED, OR 2 HOURS OF TIME BOOKED, WHICHEVER IS LESS. THE CARD LISTED ON FILE UNDER THE GUEST’S PROFILE WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE CHARGE AT THE TIME OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT.
LATE POLICY:
WE LOOK FORWARD TO GIVING YOU A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IN ORDER TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, IT IS IMPORTANT TO ARRIVE ON TIME. GUESTS WHO ARE OVER 15 MINUTES MAY REQUIRE MODIFICATION TO THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR GOALS CAN NOT BE MET WITH THE SUGGESTED MODIFICATIONS AND YOU PREFER TO RESCHEDULE, THE LATE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE IN PLACE. YOU WILL NEVER BE CHARGED IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE DUE TO OUR TARDINESS.
